My Method only uses Adobe Audition 1.5
Basically all you do is:
1.) amplify vocals
2.) extract centre section with acapella preset
3.) Do a vocal remove (not centre channel one)
4.) Capture Noise Reduction Profile and save it.
5.) Undo vocal remove.
6.) Load noise reduction profile and use it. (you may have to tweak the line.)
7.)repeat, this proccess can be modified.
Result: I can get the vocals isolated, but there are like 2 words every 10 seconds that are missing.
If you know how to fix this, please tell me. |

hmm.. is it becuase the volume level of the vocal is varying? |

| timg i have tryed knockout 8.0, i will tell u it is so much easyer and alot better then the older. it used to take me all day to make an acapella, but now i can make like 6 a day or more. its very easy to use. my only concern is what if i run out of instrumentals and loops from the artist i want to make acapellas from. is there a way to make ur own instrumentals, please help thank u. |

can someone tell me how to do that.. im noob at the program.. i figured out how to amplify vocals cuz its in the effects part but i couldn't find where to extract and do vocal remove, caputre noise reduction.. |

| timg i heard that there is a way to make acapellas with out the instrumental, i heard that u have to enhance the vocals or something. and u can use it with cool edit, or adobe. i dont know this guy could be full of it. but im trying to find a way to make a instrumental with out a acapella, or doing a loop. i just dont know what to do on that part. please help thanks. |

| try and find bits in the song that have no vocals but are the same otherwise and loop them |

| well if its the time effecting the vocal loss, then couldnt u just do another one with one part chopped off, so that diff words would be chopped off, then put them together? |

basically u make a diy instru and then cancel it out.
i think it has to do with volume, not randomness of vocals  |

You can definitely do it in fruity loops, but you would definitely being doing wayyyyyyyyyy too much work. You can apply the FL plugins to acid or something and do the same thing their. Using sound forge or adobe will be your best bet
