This isn't bad at all. My only criticism is with the intro bit - it sounds a little out of synch, but a few nips and tucks would soon sort that out. As for the rest of it, the Bizkit vocals fit quite nicely over Metallica's guitars (though a rock pella over a rock tune is almsot a sure thing, but I don't mean anything negative by that  ).
All in all, not a bad effort, but lacking that 'je ne sais quoi' that makes a great boot. |

good stuff. rollin with the monster is very tight and rockin
works really well.
my only critism would be the choice of tracks (metal vs metal) isn't that exciting as such.. but thats a matter of preference... you've made it quite interesting with the beat and cut ups.
i'd suggest some mastering compression to get it pumping. isotope ozone is good.
and maybe a bit of eq or harmonic exciting to liven up the top

i think the 2 trax go very well together. you did a good job gettin everything lined up right. tim's right though, it does need to be eq'd differantly. other than that, it's good. |
