Hey everyone...
I've been recently hearing a new version or mashup of Nalin & Kane's Beachball around the place but can't find a remix anywhere, nor the acapella.
I thought it may be the Denis the Menace remix of a few years ago but this wasn't the case as this new track is very similar to those being done by Deadmau5 / Inpetto etc recently.
I thought perhaps the reason I can't find the acapella is because the original vocal was sampled from another track... Much how "Coco - I need a Miracle" and "Fragma - Toca Me" were originally mashed to create "Toca's Miracle".
Does anyone have any ideas?

The vocals were credited as being by Andrea Kanta and Shondell Mims.
Could the mix you're looking for be one of these or perhaps these? |

Beachball is an absolute CLASSIC. I enjoyed the Dennis the Menace remix that was released.
I haven't heard a new remix of this track recently. Ant where did you hear it? Is it possible that you can ask someone where you heard it ie radio station, dj at the club etc |

Sorry if this is wrong or already mentioned by otg, but im on a far too slow connection to listen to audio.
(I think I must be on the worlds only dial up wireless network!!)
My favourite remix of this monster was by Gabriel & Dresden tho this was at least a couple of years ago. |

Hey, thanks for your help guys...
It's not the Gabriel & Dresden remix as that was a bit too quick and not progressive / minimal enough...
In looking that up on Youtube though I stumbled upon the Jimmy Rodiguez remix which is pretty close....

But never quite gets to the point im thinking of... if that makes any sense... However it could sound a lot better at a club, plus the fact that my memory is obviously a little skewed - so there's a chance that's the one.
DJ Levant - The two places I remember hearing it are onesixone and qbar, both in melbourne Australia... Excellent point to just ask the DJ too - I used to be the biggest DJ pest back in the day though so I've taught myself long and hard not to do so however it's probably the best option in this case! haha
I'll ask around the next time I'm out and get back to you!
