I've just downloaded the Extra Boy plugin (not installed it yet) and was just curious as to how different it was to other plugins.
I've got Knockout & VoiceTrap plugins (used on SoundForge 8 ) and also use Vocal Eraser on SoundForge Audio Studio. All do a half decent job of getting an acapella but was just curious if Extra Boy was any better or worse than the above. |

Vocal Eraser ? wtf? it is plugin in SF 8 or what?
i use Voicetrap few months ago, that plugin sucks..
now i'm using only kn0ck0ut and extra boy in FL STUDIO, after filtering if i want to remove some needless sound i use magix sound cleaning lab 12.. 
Extra boy is one of the best plugins for filtering i think...
and kn0ck0ut too. |

Extra boy is one of the best plugins for filtering i think...

Vocal Eraser is a plugin by Izotope who do loadsa mastering type plugins and the Vocal Eraser plugin (as far as I know) I presently only available on Sony's SoundForge Audio Studio not SF8. I only does a half decent job tho.. |
